This should be understood as sharing in our daily lives, not simply sharing opinions, personal stories or knowledge. The true essence of a church community is sharing ourselves for the edification of each other as we seek God and he sanctifies us.
Within the time of worship, sharing is exposing our hopes, our fears, our joys, our anxieties, and even our sorrows. Sharing is building relationships upon shared life experiences.
Within the time of searching Scripture, sharing is exposing our beliefs, our knowledge, our questions, our internal debates, our experiences with God, and our frustrations with God. Sharing is developing our relationships with God through God’s impact on each of our lives.
Within the rest of the week, sharing is taking the seeds of relationship formed during the times of worship and searching Scripture, planting them through friendship and trust, and allowing them to grow through shared life journeys.
